ETHICS IN FINANCE

Ethics generally concern with the humans behavior differentiate between right and wrong. General ethic in which truthfulness, honesty, respect of other and justice. Ethics is related for all the aspect of the life in which business and finance. And we can say that finance ethics is the part of the general ethics.

  In current time the finance or we can say that money is the basic  and power of all humans and this is the need of current time. So in this so many people where unethical but this is the things where the ethics is most important. Ethics is important in finance because it involves the management of other people's capital, so ethics is also important in the finance.

Some Examples of unethical issue in Finance:

  • Holding up  bills of vendor on silly reason and ultimately buying product from other to avoid payments to earlier vendor.
  • Delay in paying wages, interests to finance, incentives bonus to employees.
  • Cheating employee of their due toward medical expanses, leave travel assistance, children education fees etc.
